All Bows, Headbands & Hair Clips are brand new and of high quality.
Every product is inspected before shipping and comes in an organza bag, box or bubble envelope to keep them in excellent condition for use.
All products are Quality-assured. Quality has been checked before listing to sell.
Actual pictures of the product are included where possible. Buyers may refer confidently to the physical shot on the model.
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not allow exchanges for all products.
Every effort has been made to ensure that your item gets to you safely. If however, you receive a broken or defective set, please take a picture and email it to [email protected] within 3 days with your order reference no. and we will arrange for a refund or a new item to be sent to you again once your request has been approved. All returned products must be in its original packaging. All items mailed back without prior refund or exchange requests will not be entertained.
Shipping Disclaimer
I shall not be held responsible for items that get lost in mail if you choose the Non-Registered Mail option. If it is due to the wrong address entered into the system and I receive the returned mail, I will contact the buyer for a redelivery at the customer's expense.
